Pure Apple is our original apple cider. Carefully selected and hand picked ‘Katy’ apples are harvested and processed on site to ensure quality and flavour.

Crafted carefully over time we wash, press and process the apples. We use champagne yeast to ferment the freshly squeezed juice and then store the liquid in stainless steel pods and leave to rest and ferment till the optimum flavour is reached. Never rushed, perfect every time.

Pure Apple is light and refreshing created with a blend of Katy and Red Windsor apples to provide a crisp, balanced finish. The perfect blend of sweet and dry.

Bottle on the ferry to Orkney. It pours clear very pal greenish - gold with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is sweet, sugary, apple skin, apple skin, nutty, dull farmyard and some apple crumble. The taste is sweet - sour upfront, quite crisp, white sugar, fizzy candy, apple skin, green apple, white grape, very dull funk in the backdrop and a touch of pucker. Finish is fairly dry. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fairly straightforward, but better than macro cider options for sure.
