26/8/2019. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours cloudy dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, blackberries, toffee, light coffee and nut. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with tart notes. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Keg at Steam Machine. Deep brown colour with reddish tinge, thin beige foam head and aroma of malt, dark chocolate, dried fruits. Taste is roasty malt, chocolate, doughy, with nutty earthy bitterness and some hop notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry nutty finish. Quite OK
