Bottle from Stori. Appearance - loads of carbonation with head blowing up and then receding quickly. Light golden. Nose - fresh, apples which are fairly sweet, while still having good apple tartness. Taste - more of the same, both sweet and sour apples going on. Very fresh. Palate - tangy and bittersweet from beginning and through the middle. Dry, tangy finish. Overall - good.

750ml long necked wide bottomed bottle. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tart apple, citric, oaky, white wine. Taste is fruity apple, slightly tart, with some flesh and skin, light oak and white wine notes, citric, acidic. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely balanced, very drinkable.
