Bladder bag at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival, 12/07/24. Golden blonde with a decent enough white head for a cider. Nose is apple pulp, grass, straw, light funk. Taste comprises apple mulch, hay bale, light funk, farmyard edge. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

12/7/2024. From BIAB at the 33rd Ealing Beer Festival. Pours clear gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is tart apple, lightly funky. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Oily, average to soft carbonation. Very dry tannic finish. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear still golden with no head. Aromas of tart apple, apple skin, oak. Taste is dry, tart apple and more oak. Dry finish. Interesting.

500ml bottle from Good Spirits, Glasgow. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of leathery, funky, apple. Taste is funky, leathery, leafy apple, orchardy, tangy, tannic. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

On tap @ SRAF. Golden orange. Nice tart apples on both the nose and the taste. Dry and long. Lovely.
