A collab with our mates at Northern Alchemy, this Chilli and Ginger Gose is led by a warming ginger aroma and sweet malt, swept away by a delicate balance of salinity, sourness and developing chilli prickly-ness

5/8/2019. Sample from can courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, citrus, grapefruit, very light ginger, chilli?, mildly yeasty and vaguely herbal. Medium sweetness with lightest better/tart. Moderate body, slight oily texture, above average carbonation. Not undrinkable though not sure this would cut it in Leipzig.

440ml can from Angel's Cut, Darlington. Bright gold colour, white foamy head leaving some lacing and aroma of wheat, ginger spice & chilli. Taste is wheaty, grain, citric, with spiced ginger and some chilli. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, some ginger and alittle lingering chilli at the finish. Quite drinkable.
