5/8/2019. Sample from bottle courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma of apples, light sulphur, vanilla, woody resin, citrus and light acidic edge. Moderate sweetness and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

750ml bottle. Pale golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of musty fleshy apple. Taste is sweet & crisp, slightly tart, fleshy discovery apple, alittle apple core & skin, vanilla notes, with some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry acidic finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle at home, 27/01/18. Pale pale yellow with a decent white cap of bubbles that hang around for a short while. Nose is sweet apple pulp, pear drop, vanilla custard, caramel crisp, straw. Taste comprises crisp apple, apple pie, vanilla, straw, light tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy - but not overly so carbonation, drying close with a sweet crisp apple tang. Solid refreshing cider.
