500ml bottle from Bristol Cider Shop. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, some funk. Taste is tangy apple, fruity apple flesh, some core and skin, bittersweet, caramel hint, with barnyard funk. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, dry funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
