A golden colour refreshing sparkling cider eminently quaffable with an apply node and a long dry finish. This well balanced cider uses dessert and culinary apples form Hampshire and Sussex together with bittersweet apples form the West Country. The Egremont Russet and Bramley cider provide the aromatic and acidic balance and the Dabinett and Yarlington Mill cider the predominant tannic length to the sweetness of this cider.

Bottle from Micro Beer Crate, online. Pours a dark clear gold, brief fizz. Aroma of apple skins, funk, some stewed caramelised apple. Bittersweet apples in the taste, apple skins, brown sugar, light funkiness, dry and tangy finish. Good.

Bottle from Longstock Farm Shop and Cafe. A medium cider. Aroma of apple skin. Some funk. Light gold. Bubbly. Thin frothy white head. Medium sour with some underlying syrupy sweetness. More tart into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick although it's the dryness that really provides the character. Slight astringency to the finish as well. Nice enough.
