Firefly is a me-too of the perfect American amber ale. Copper-coloured with a depth of bitterness, it delivers rich malt flavours that give the beer a rewarding character. In fact it’s just as good on a hot day in August as it is by the fire in January.

330ml bottle from Bien Manger. Amber colour, white foam head leaving some lacing and aroma of malt, grain, hop. Taste is malty, grain, fruity, sweetish, mellow citrus, with earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry dusty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
