300ml bottle from Bien Manger online. Very pale orangey-pink gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of sulphury apple. Taste is sweetish, tangy apple, fruity, fleshy, some apple core, sugary, citric. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi-dry finish with lingering sweetness and an apple core note. OK

Champagne coloured with no head. Aroma and flavour are light and fresh. Although lacking depth of flavour the distinct lack of sugar makes this very drinkable.
