On tap at The Stable, pours a cloudy golden orange, no head. Nose brings out farmhouse funk, musty notes, and dry apple skins. Flavour is loaded with farmhouse funk, with lots of must, and apple skins. Very funky, full of barnyard notes. Excellent.

14/5/2019. Sample from Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2019 courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale gold with a large bubbly short lasting head. Aroma of light sweet apples, a little green apples and tannins. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

BIAB at Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2019. Golden colour, no head and tangy apple, light funk. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, juicy and fleshy, with alittle core, and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry juicy apple finish. Quite drinkable
