A sharp, crisp and refreshing Dry Cider, full of apple flavour, not surprisingly. Ideal for enjoying with food. Made by hand from local apples collected from a variety of trees near Newbury. We then press the apples and naturally ferment. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.

Bottle from Scrattings. Cloudy gold, some bubbles on top. Aroma of acidity, apple juice, leather, light yeasty funk. Taste of acidic apple juice, reasonable fruitiness, apple skins, barnyard, drying close. Smooth medium body, supposedly still but there is a nice gentle carbonation. Quite good.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is green apple skins, some mild farmyardy tones with mild earthy and yeasty tones. Flavour is apples, some earth, mild minerals and sulphur tones with some cheesy and some more earthy tones.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale golden, no head. Citric, leathery apple aroma. Tart with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Citric with tart apples, leather and minerals. Distinct apple skin bitterness. Elegant and niocely drinkable.

[ As Green Shed Just Dry Cider Still ].
ABV: 4.6%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, green apples, yellow apples, tart, sour, light barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tannis, apple, green apples, apple skin, dry, light funky. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20220212]

BIAB at Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2019. Golden colour, no head and light acidic apple aroma. Taste is tart, fruity apple, citric, buttery and caramel hints, with citric notes and drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart citric acidic finish. Quite OK
