Our Medium Cider, slightly sweetened and full of apple flavour, not surprisingly. Ideal for enjoying with food. Made by hand from local apples collected from a variety of trees near Newbury. We then press the apples and naturally ferment. Finally, we sweeten and bottle condition for a light sparkle.

Bottle from Scrattings @ 6.2%. Light cloudy gold with circular bubbled retention. Aroma of apple skins and juice, floral to earthy notes. Taste has a bittersweet vibe, somewhat acidic, good apple juice intensity, a touch zesty and herbal, semi-drying close. Medium body with fine carbonation. I like it.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is green apples, some ripe apple sweetness and a wee bit of sweet spiciness. Flavour is green apples, some earthy, mild mineralic tones with some slight wood and yeast in the finish.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deepish golden, no head. Gernous aroma of sweet apples. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Straightforward apple flavour, some honey and pepper. Fairly cocentrated flavours.

[ As Green Shed Medium Still Cider ].
ABV: 4.8%. Clear light medium yellow colour with a small small, fizzy, virtually no lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, oxidide apple, brown apples (old apples). Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apples, apple, apple juice, dry, light apple rubber, manure notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20220215]

BIAB at Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2019. Golden colour, no head and light apple aroma.Taste is fruity apple with a hint of caramel and mellow citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry acidic finish. Quite OK
