A variety of roasted malts give a sweet biscuity flavour with hints of cinder toffee. Traditional Goldings hops used in abundance bring flavours of Seville orange marmalade and a floral aroma.

Bottle sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Amber brown colour, bubbly off-white foam head and aroma of malt, molasses, dried fruits. Taste is sweet, malty, toffee, molasses, fruit cake, mellow orange marmalade, dried fruits and nutty light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry nutty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
