Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Cask at Hopper House Brew Farm. Hazy orange gold colour, white foam head leaving lacing and tropical fruity aroma. Taste is malt, caramel, mashy with some mellow citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi-dry light citrus finish. Quite OK
