BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Fest 2019. Slightly hazy golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity woody apple. Taste is sweetish and tart, tangy apple and sharp vinegary notes with some acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite OK.

(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2016) The cider poured pale golden and clear. No head. Aroma had cowhouse and apple juice. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were fermented apple juice and cowhouse. Aftertaste was dry. Not a good cider.

On hand pump at the Bank, Bristol 26/6/2015. Deep gold with a touch of carbonation. Easy drinking cider for the ABV, with some tart fruits, a hint of oak and the barnyard and a bitter sweet finish. Good.
