BIAB Sample from the 29th Sussex Beer & CIder Festival Brighton, courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of ripe apple, red apple, along with hint of sick. Taste is sweetish, floral fruity, ripe red apple, melon, watery syrup. Slighly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet red earthy apple finish. OK

22/3/2019. From bag in a box at the 29th Sussex Beer & Cider Festival, Brighton. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet toffee and semi-sweet apples. Medium sweetness, very light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Quite a sweet finish developed.
