Sample from BIAB at 29th Sussex Beer Festival Brighton, courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Golden light amber colour, no head and slightly mucky apple. Taste is fruity & tart apple, muck, barnyard, funky, with lots of drying apple skins and some tannic notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Quite OK

22/3/2019. From bag in a box at the 29th Sussex Beer & Cider Festival, Brighton. 5.0% abv. Pours clear pale golden colour with minimal white head. Aroma of green apples, quite sour, tannins. Very light sweetness, moderate bitterness, medium plus tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Quite dry, acidic tartness to finish.
