[ As Henry Smith Blonde ].
ABV: 4.0%. ✅ Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, grass butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet cider touch, pale malt, herbs, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191009]

25/3/2019. Cask, sample, from Darlington Beer Festival @ Voodoo Cafe, courtesy of Danlo, cheers! Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, malt, caramel, flowers and straw. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

Cask at Darlington CAMRA Fest 2019 at the Voodoo Cafe. Golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and pale malty, fruity aroma. Taste is pale malt, toffee, caramel with citric bitterness. Thin watery mouthfeel, light bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. OK
