BIAB sample from Leicester Beer Festival 2019, courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers Graham! Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and mellow apple aroma. Taste is sweetish ripe apple, fleshy & fruity with some tartness and woody tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

14/3/2019. From bag in box at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours hazy very pale yellow gold with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples with a hint of wood. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Semi-dry finish, with some increasing sweetness.
