BIAB sample from Leicester Beer Festival 2019, courtesy of Grumbo. Many thanks Graham! Clear pale yellow gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of light fruity, apple, citric. Taste is sweetish, apple, sulphury hint, then tart, drying and citric. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite OK

14/3/2019. From bag in box at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear bright very pale gold with a green tint and minimal head. Aroma of medium sweet apples and a hint of cheese. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Light and watery finish.
