BIAB sample from Leicester Beer Festival 2019, courtesy of Grumbo. Many thanks Graham! Pale yellow gold colour, afew bubbles on top and fleshy apple aroma. Taste is crisp, tart, sweetish apple, fleshy & fruity, with some citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tart fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

14/3/2019. From bag in box at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours very pale gold with minimal white head. Aroma of sharp sour apples with a hint of caramel. Light sweetness, medium sourness. Light body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Quite dry, tart finish. Nice, best of the ciders tried at the festival.
