A classic North East brown ale recipe with the addition of Amarillo hops to give it a lovely peach hop aroma and flavour. The other hops in the brew are Fuggles, Goldings, Herkules and Progress.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Off white head. Nose - toffee with a hint of hazelnut. Taste - caramel and molasses bread. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture. Dry malty but rich finish. Overall - comes stronger in flavour at the end.

Cask at Stockton Ale & Arty Fest 2019. Chestnut brown amber colour, bubbly off-white foam head and malty, roasted aroma. Taste is malty, biscuit, bready, roasted with fruity notes and light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry slight roasty finish. Quite OK
