Cask at Quakerhouse, Darlington. Golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and citrusy hop aroma. Taste is malt, caramel, citrusy, with a formic acid note and earthy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. OK
