Orange colored, quite cloudy and yeast, strong off white to beige head. A bloody volcano of a gusher. There’s more on the ceiling and around the kitchen than in the glass...Aroma of some malt, overripe fruits, yeast, phenolic-peppery. Taste is moderate sweet malt, some caramel, lots of fruits, orange, peppery-yeast finish, low+ sourness, strong bitterness and a dry bitter finish. Medium bodied, strong carbonation.

Bottle, 330 ml from Vrutak, shared with JFK10000. Pours murky yellow with huge white head. Had to wait for 10 minutes for it to come down. Bit yeasty and spicy. Nice fruity flavor and aroma with heavy lasting bitter finish. Great one.

Tap at the OBER Kerstbier festival, Essen 2014. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast, citrus light floral. The flavour is strong bitter with a smooth creamy yeast hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Flaska från Beernavigator drucken med ölföreningen. Skummar duktigt ur flaskan. Riktigt gott.

The first of Alvinne’s Epiphany beers, a winter ale in the new IPA-inspired ’tripel hop’ style. Deep peach blonde colour with amber glow, misty. Aroma very hoppy, peppery, leafy, oily, grapefruit, apple, bitter honey; restrained fruity onset, soft malts, quickly dominated by a very powerful, drying, oily, spicy, long hop bitterness. I wonder why this isn’t classified as a true IPA here.
