There are two ways of making American IPA. One is when you make beer from basic ingredients with basic techniques, and the added American hop will give the beer its character. The other is when you try to uniquely balance the flavor with the American hop, giving the beer its own character. Flying Rabbit is the latter. We use 5 different kinds of malt during brewing, then we add the popular Citra hop. It smells and tastes like a tropical fruit, starts out sweet with a bitter aftertaste. It was born to fly.

Draft at Borefts Beer Festival '17. Hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma of herbal hops, light fruits and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ Borefts 2017. Day 2. Hazy orange, off-white head. Nose is weirdly sweet herbal pine resin syrup. Taste is herbal pine syrup, bark, almost medicinal. Herbal pine syrup. Weird & I am not really into it.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Hazy rusty orange golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, malt bitter, hop, caramel, caramel hoppy bitter finish. Decent body, medium carbonation. 7-3-7-3-14.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A almost clear orange golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, toasted malt, caramelish malt. Taste of citrus hops, bitter hops, spruce.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is verripe fruity and phenolic. Sweet, fruity, slight phenolic. Sweet and lingering fruity finish.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, bit sweet, fruity touch, caramel notes, bit oxidized, some almonds. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet malty start, some caramel, pretty bitter, resinous. Aftertaste: some grapefruit, bit medicinal, hoppy, grassy touch, very bitter finish.
