In Finland we have a special relationship with our salted licorice or 'Salmiakki' as we call it, and it's the true essence of its unique bursting flavor that we wanted to transform into liquid drinkable form. This candy like Nordic sour is the perfect union of tart raspberries blended together with mouth-Watering salted liquorice. Keep cold, drink fresh, and enjoy!

Ha ha, what a weird one. Nose is like a typicall Berliner Weisse / Sour with raspberries. Taste follows the nose, but get a weird sweet-licorice flavors. Not sure, if I like it.

0,33l can from K-Supermarket Lasihytti. Canned 07.07.2020, BBE 08.07.2022. Red orange hazy beer with medium, bit light pink but almost white cloudy head. Aroma has raspberries and salted licorice. And I mean lot. It's like salted licorice candies. Flavor has mainly salted licorice and even more sweetness than tart notes. Raspberries also. Salty aftertaste. Medium body, very good, candyยดish beer.

330ml can. Murky, dark pink colour with huge, thick, firm, frothy, moderately to mostly lasting, minimally lacing, minimally pink-ish dimmed, white head. Fruity aroma, (fruity and fruit-acid, but neither earthy nor pulpy) notes of raspberry, a quite background-ish touch of liquorice. Taste is tart, tangy, spicy, slightly salty, fruit-acidic hints of raspberry, some liquorice, citric acid, initially subtle, in the finish more present, fruity (raspberry) sweetness. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. A bit weird and unbalanced - the sweet-ish fruity finish reconciles a bit and grants some harmony.

(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 22 Jan 2020) Cloudy red colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity, sourish nose with raspberries, red berries and some liquorice. Fruity, tart taste with notes of raspberries, tart red fruit, lemon and some liquorice in the finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh and really tasty with lots of salty raspberry/liquorice candy. A bit weird, but very nice.

21-02-20 // 330ml can via RB trade. Thanks jappp. Hazy pinkish red. White head. Salty sour nose. Starts very sour. Fresh raspberry fruity. Very mild light sweet liquorice. A mild sour saltyness. Salty finish. A whole can is to much for me.

Tap @ Angleterre, Helsinki. Poured light red in color with a pinkish head. Raspberry candy aroma, fairly sour indeed. Licorice mostly in the finish. Raspberries, tartness and licorice summons up what this is about. OK if you are into these kind of brews. Update 3.2.21. From can. More intense licorice this time, lingering long after. Mouthpuckering dry sourness first with raspberries in there. Up 0.2
