In Finland we have a special relationship with our salted licorice or 'Salmiakki' as we call it, and it's the true essence of its unique bursting flavor that we wanted to transform into liquid drinkable form. This candy like Nordic sour is the perfect union of tart raspberries blended together with mouth-Watering salted liquorice. Keep cold, drink fresh, and enjoy!

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear red/rose coloured, medium sized snow white head, mild raspberry nose. Light raspberry taste with salty and some vegetables notes. Tartish finish.

Tap at Goblet ZG. Murky peachy-reddish witn an off white head. Pungent, interesting aroma, raspberries and something unidentifiable underneath. Smooth taste, raspberry, very little salted caramell, odd funky notes, silky mouthfeel but the taste isn't all there really, there's something just slightly wrong with it.

At Borefts 2019. Aroma of raspberry, wheat and tart. Flavor of sour raspberry, wheat, oak, yeast and tart. Good.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko and Ogi. Murky pinkish orange. Lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is best root, raspberry candy, raspberry yoghurt, some funk, some acidity. Light sourness. Slightly sharp red fruit, beet root again. Light tart finish. Light salt. Light body. Moderate carbonation.

Tap. Hazy orange-reddish color with white head. Aroma is salted liquorice and raspberries indeed, wheat. Taste is grains, yoghurt, raspberry. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Ok.
