The beer pours a rich, cloudy gold, crowned by a light white head.
The nose is a pleasant mix of sweet honey and caramel notes with fruity hops, and apricot, date and grassy scents.
On the tongue there are agreeable malt, caramel, grass and yeast notes with a light, floral side. The finish is crisp and bitter.

Bottled. 2015. Fascinating nose, peaches, orange, spicy yeast, honey, biscuits. Dark gold to vrown, cloudy, low, fine, thick head. Tart and malty, lots of fruit, apple, orange, peach, grapefuit. Very biscuity, a bit of funk. Touch of caramel. Like this. Very different kind of saison / tripel.

Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color ale with a nice large off-white foamy head with excellent retention and great lacing. Aroma of herbal notes with some cereal and light rustic flavours is quite charming. Taste is a great mix of herbal notes with rustic cereal and light dry leafy hoppy notes also noticeable. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very enjoyable take on the style with good complexity while retaining some drinkability. I would like this even more with less alcohol.

Bottle kindly shared by O. Hazy dark amber with dirt white head. Sticky caramel aroma with hay, dark fruit, floral and herbal spice and booze. Odd and tangy. Not my thing.
