Best before 2023, opening the can, yesterday, at home, relax, after the meal. From the Sterk, Amsterdam. For me, it was a good experience, tasty and subtle saison, maltym fresh malt, wheat, note of white grape, not too sweet for the style, sugar, warm.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy blond colored brew with an kind of dry bitter taste and an very faint sour taste. Hints of oranges and coriander.

Blik gedeeld door Inoven, het is een troebel licht geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van gist en citrus. De smaak is gistachtig en kruidig en fris zuur.

Blikje gedeeld met Tomhendriksen. Bleek gelig bier, troebel met matig schuim. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is waterig/zurig en licht hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

@home poured into a teku glass. Slightly unclear pale golden colour, modest gushing, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, some yeast circles remain, light lacing. Aroma sweet malts, saison yeast, citrusy hops, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, yeasty, spicy and herbal notes, light lemon. Light to medium body, watery to creamy texture, lively carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, peppery till the end, chalky notes, nice brew.

A very nice classical saison, dry clean, peppery mildly and funky. Maybe a little too black pappery, but s a nice dutch twist. Gollem ams

Clear golden beer; quite dense, very lightly yellowish head, stable, fed by fine carbonation. Pale malts, garden herbs, grassy, straw, warm hay. Sweet-bitterish-pharmaceutical. Yeastesters, finishing in an even more pharmaceutical, even metallic bitterness. Well carbonated, quite slick, even a bit oily. Dry aftertaste. Hmmm.

33 cl. bottle shared with Suus @ Alex and Suus. Hazy yellow with a small white head. Fruity yeasty aroma with some white pepper. Taste is lightly sweet with a suitable dry finish. Good carbonation and light body. Nice Saison.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 25 Aug 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried pineapple, white bread and candy sugar. Malty, slightly spicy taste with bread, peaches, grass and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Hazy yellow colour with creamy head. Aroma and flavour are quite intense with sweet malts and also spicy yeast. Really full bodied and easy to drink. A great Saison of only 5.8%
