Draught at de proefzaak. Citric and infected smelling, but not too bad. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is citric and slightly funky, but does not taste infected. Lactic, but not too dry. OK refreshing.

Bottle at home. Hazy dark golden with very big white head. Light grains, soft raspberries, doughy, kettle sour notes, berry skins light green hops. It's nice light fruity with soft tart lactobacillus notes and light bitter hops. Under medium bodied. OK.

Hazy deep golden colour, good creamy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma overripe fruit, apple; taste mild sweet and sour, overripe fruit, apple, taste continues in the finish. Light body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Well-made mild sour ale, refreshing, easy to drink.
