Based on one of our most popular seasonal brews, this is an unfiltered, clean & balanced pilsner. A generous malt character imparts a slight sweetness which is balanced by a potent hop bitterness, achieved by 3 hefty additions of hop flowers in the boil. A cold fermentation period follows when plenty of hop are steeped in the conditioning tanks creating a floral and spicy aroma. Golden in colour with a dense white head, you will be left with the hoporific effect of having the corners of your mouth go up!

Bottle at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, but yeasty, buttery, light caramel, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, mineral, earthy, light fruit, light dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A very drinkable Pilsner.

Bottle, 9C. Slightly hazy very pale gold with a fluffy white head that leaves clumps of lacing. Aroma of bread, spices, lemon blossoms, a hint of gooseberry. Medium bodied, fairly high carbonation. Light bready malt with a little citrus, firm bitterness, peppery at the end. Very refreshing, lovely balance. Only slight New World touches. Lingering bitterness and spices. Not the riotous fun of their Bohemian Pilsner, but an elegant drop.
