Baileys in a stout – and its proper yum! Brewed with all the malts, burnt brown sugar and lactose. Toasted chocolate notes are complimented by copious amounts of East Kent Goldings hops. It’s finished off with that special ingredient – Irish Cream Liqueur. Currently smashing it on Untapped!
ABV: 7%

440ml can delivered from the Real Ale Classroom, Leicester and drunk at home. Dark brown, opaque with a ring of tan/khaki head. Aroma is full of Irish cream, some mint, some Parma violets. Tastes even sweeter that I'd imagined, with a slight gritty bitterness appearing only at the very finish. Velvety body with medium to high carbonation. It's a (very) sweet stout that hides the ABV well.

Cask at The Beer Emporium, Bristol. Dark brown with a beige head. Intensive coffee, cocoa, dark chocolate, not that much sweetness, super smooth. Roasty bitter finish. Medium bodied. What a pleasant surprise.

Cask-conditioned at the Tobacco Factory, Bristol 9/11/2018. Toasty malts, some plain chocolate and plenty of the expected sweet and boozy Irish Cream character. Rich and enjoyable.
