Berliner Frucht Weisse - Holunder

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, lactose, yoghurt, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, yoghurt, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Keg at Berliner Berg, 11/07/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white head. Nose is light hop, orange peel, straw, grass. Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, toasted grains, pale malts, light herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable affair.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is elderflower and citrusy. Herbal elderflower. Fruity. Crisp fruity. Dry, citric and fruity finish.

06/07/2019 - tasting glass @DOK Brewing Festival 2019 Hazy light pinkish yellow, no head. Nose is fresh, sour, floral, bit honey. Taste starts a tad wattery, sour, soft sugary touch, clear elderflower then. Nice thirstquencher.

Little cloudy beige blond beer, no head. Aroma: lots of elderflower all right, floral, bit fruity, some ripe banana, bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, cucumber, refreshing, quite some lemon juice, nice and fruity! Aftertaste: fruity touch, some onions, lemony, soft bitterness, some tannins, slightly metallic.
