ELFORTO est une bière artisanale brassée avec passion, non pasteurisée et non filtrée. Cette bière de fermentation haute, est brassée à base de malts pale ale belges et allemands. Les houblons summit et mosaic sont également utilisés. Le houblonnage à froid avec ces deux houblons lui confère des arômes de fruits exotiques. Elforto laisse en bouche un goût agréable qui vous donnera l'envie d'en déguster une deuxième. À boire avec modération.

22/11/2018 - 33cl bottle from a trade with jerre. Cloudy yellow, big white head. Nose is lots of tropical fruit, bit malts, bit bitterness. Taste is sweet malts, nice tropical fruits, ending is dry and nice bitterhops. Not bad at all.

Pretty cloudy orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: yellow fruit, apricot, peaches, citrus, some grapefruit, white grapes, little cheesy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, pretty bitter, grapefruit, bit malty, some caramel. Aftertaste: very malty, sweet, bit fruity, pretty bitter, some citrus, grapefruit, bit grassy.
