Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: copper to orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which died off fairly nice to leave some light lace
Aroma: some muddled fruity hops then light resinous/piney hops with a clean malt base
Flavor: does a decent job of blending the prior noted aromas to a bittersweet to bitter sort of quality; finishes citrusy fruity and clean malty
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness but also some noticeable dryness and the malt becomes slightly chewy
Overall: eh, it tries and though not a total failure, I think this one needs some light work in the texture department.

Fluffy off-white head over a thin golden body. Nose is a harbinger of things to come - dank fruity hops, resin and bready malt. The taste profile is in line with its older brothers, including fruit rind, grapefruit, pineapple, bready malt and the astringency and dankness associated with the MC brand. The rich body and medium carbonation help sustain the taste experience.

Canned from WF old town Alexandria. Yellow pour big head. Juicy citrus, hops chewy malt and vaguely creamescent if that is a word.

(Can) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with lasting frothy off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of pineapple, apricots, grapefruit, honey, caramel, flowers, pine needles and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with caramel, grapefruit, pineapple, apricots, pine needles, resin and a generous citric, resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. A bit boozy and aggressive, but tasty with a rich hop presence. Nice one.
