Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

On tap at a restaurant. Pours slightly hazy orange gold. Orange peel, grapefruit, pine, lemon, strong booze, caramel. Full body. Not particularly subtle.

Tap at Bishops Arms Östersund. Aroma is cinnamon and pepper. Clear. It feels just plain boozy and tastes a bit of cleaner.

Pint can at Lemmy's. Light amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of grass, nettles, spruce, some citrus, blood orange, very hoppy, sweet, resin. Flavour of resin, spruce, nettles, fruity as well, citrus, malts, orange, sugar, very very bitter. Medium bodied. Not my kind of DIPA.

Light hazy gold bod med rocky off wht head. Floral resiny arma. Dry floral resiny hop flavor. Medium body mod carb. 6/3/7/3/13 3.2

Burk från Alko, Åbo Finland. Något mörkare bärnstensfärgad. Syltade apelsinskal, apelsinmarmelad, citrus, kakdeg, granskott, kåda. Lite värmande alkohol. Rejält humlad, sticker i munnen. Ändå inte jättestor beska, även om den förstås är där. Känns verkligen som en Molotov "Lite".

Tap at pudel. Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, mango, citrus, raspberrkes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, raspberries, malt. Finish is dry and citrus. Overall: ok.

Bottle. Pours almost clear amber. Aroma is strong pine, citric, strong sweat socks, malts, resin. Body is heavy and super bitter, with lots of pine and resin. Healthy sweetness but it can’t keep up. Maybe not quite fresh. Still good.
