Back in the days, only uncomplicated and tasteless beers excited and people started feeling bored before happy hour was up. Molotov Lite is a understated tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a subtle spark for action and yet by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

Batch #25. Niezawiele owocow, niemalo alko, takie agresywne, z wysoka i dluga goryczka, chyba ciut utlenione. niespecjalnie. Ale bez karmelu

16-ounce can poured to pint glass. Hoppy with notes of pine, citrus, grass. A bit dank and earthy.

Can at home. Semi-hazy golden pour with sediments suspended in the liquid. Nots of caramel, citrus, alcohol, honey, resin, herbal biterness. Very bitter aftertaste, smoot and oily texture but, as I said, almost abrasive bitterness in the finish.

Közepes, tartós hab, borostyán szín, a dobozos változatból rengeteg lebegő anyag. Déligyümölcsök, citrusok, túlérett mandarin illata árad a pohárból. Íze grapefruit, mandarin, déligyümölcsök és barack aromáiból áll össze. Testes, közepesen szénsavas, erősen keserű amit a gyümölcsössége szépen ellensúlyoz. Nagyon finom, igazi ízkavalkáddal operáló, szép egyensúllyal és arányokkal rendelkező sör.

On tap whilst we were at the Hop Tasting Event at The Pint Shop, Oxford Tuesday 29th March 2017 but this wasn’t part of the tasting set. Pours dirty orange in colour with a scummy off white head. Fruity (think marmalade), boozy (why is it called lite?) there is a little toffee, quite tangy on the fruity side, some tropical fruit now showing like mango. It’s a decent DIPA. A6 A3 T8 P4 Ov14 3.5

473ml can. From Alko. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Floral, perfumy, piny hoppy notes in aroma. Citrusy fruity hoppy. Strong flavors, herbally piny, grapefruity. Good malty backbone. Bitter, dry finish. Tasty dipa.

(Can, 0.473 l - batch #023, from Alko Sello, 20170318) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tangerine, sweetness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, hoppy and bitter. A nice one but too sweet.

An orange beer, big yeast particles all over the beer. A head is blond and quite big. Aroma has mangos, pineapple, fructose. Taste has pine-herbs, less tropical fruitness as in the aroma, not too sweet, a bitterness isn’t very strong but stays a long time in the mouth. Medium bodied. Not so fresh as could be, but otherwise, nice balance.

On tap at Elizabeth Station. Pours a clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma and taste are quite dirty and chemical. Bad.
