Clear amber red beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, lots of caramel, spicy, malty, wet grains, overripe banana, pretty yeasty. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, lots of caramel, grains, lots of spices, some cloves. Aftertaste: soft acidity, spicy, lots of ripe to overripe banana, little bitter, more spices, yeasty finish.
Paired with a vegan pasta carbonara (Bosh! style). The malty caramel sweetness and winter spices paired really nice with the creamy sauce and sweet & salty maple soy sauce glazed shiitakes.

18/01/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from Malt Attacks Clear amber, small head. Nose is grains, bread, bit fruit. Taste is bready, bit ripe fruits, spice.
