Keg at Brewdog Reading. Clear bright red in colour - doesn't look natural. Offputtingly bright actually, looked like a Panda Pop despite the thin white head. The raspberry flavour tastes quite authentic though, and the light sourness and moderate dryness makes it quite drinkable. A little raspberry leaf in the aftertaste. The body is maybe a little too thin, even for something light and refreshing. OK overall, just like a lightly soured raspberry cordial really. Could maybe do with a twist of herbs to give a bit more depth and maintain my interest, but it's nice to see brewers experimenting with low abv beers in other styles.

Keg at BD Abz. It pours clear pale red. Almost pink with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is quite soft, clean, raspberry, cermola foam a touch of candy floss. The taste is crisp, dry, pretty clean, light, lactic, tart, raspberry, decent mouth pucker and a touch of straw/grass in the background with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Simple, easy-going sour, which offers a nice alternative to nanny state in the low abv category. It is not a patch on popsicle parade which is so much more flavourful and fruity. Decent enough anyhow.
