From tap at Borefts 2019. Aroma is green berries with Nelson hop, light yeasty. Fruity notes, light citrus. Fairly hoppy bitter, light sweet, nicely dry. A bit more 'New World' (hop) than Saison. Good!

ABV: 6.0%. Hazy - murky medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, moderate yeasty, farmhouse yeast - saison yeast, light fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, herbs - herbal, saison yeast - farmhouse yeast, wheat, green, minerals, light fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled at Borefts Beer Festival 2019, day 1. Bright yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste are typical saison, with the standard yeasty flavors. Not my style.

Hoppy, fruity, citrus, medicinal, carbonation is high. Finish is dry. Solid, like the dryness.

Borefts 2019 - Cloudy blond with fluffy head. Aroma and flavour have light citrus, orange. Very light and easy to drink.

Sampled at Borefts 2019, Friday. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, pale malt, herbs. Taste of moderate sweet and herbal malt, farmhouse yeast.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, white pepper, earthy, some fruity hops. Taste is dough, white pepper, some fresh exotic hops, juicy finish and dry at the same time. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Nice!
