Pours clear blonde. Scent is full, apples, funky honey. Taste is full, sharp, honey, funky. Noticeable alcohol and apples.

Clear pale cognac colour, with some straw reflections. Very nice herbal/spicy nose, with rosemary, lavender and allspice. Ciderapples, again lavender, allspice; retronasal cinnamon. Applepeel, but also the rind from honeycured ham. Much less viscous than the Polish meads. Very surprising, but at the same time, very nice & original.
