Clear medium golden colour, tall frothy white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma pale malt, pine, lemon, orange. Fruity taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, grapefruit, pine resin, spicy. Smooth bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, piney, bit boozy. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, well-balanced, easy to drink, very good.

(Can, 0.473 l, at Sori Taproom, thanks tiong and VastActiv, 20190921) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had pine, grass and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, resin and bitter. A rather nice hoppy brew with bit too much booziness.

Burk dipa jämförelse 4 st olika krokius. Guldfärgad relativt klar dryck. Doftar dovft tungt lite kattpiss.

I Draught /I Good dense & fine, light yellowish head over very mildly carbonated, clear metallic orange beer; rings of lace. Bit cookie malts, toasted, faint aromatic hopss; fruity, faintly piney... demure. Sharp toasted, burning flavour. Precious little citrus here, a bit pine/resin. Raw alcohol impression in the aftertaste. As said, burning, hence feeling better carbonated than it looks; quite slick, ot really heavily bodied. OK - nothing more. Somehow a bit lame for a double IPA, IMO.
