750mL bottled 8/1/17, drunk 7/11/24. Clear peach. No head. Oaky, lots of fresh apricot yet. Lots of lactic acidity, light acetic, low Brett. Do love that fruit. Not a super strong yeast signature. Lactic in the mouth but with tons of apricot. Heavy lactic, low acetic, very low Brett. Good body with a nice oak tannin structure. Sourness is incredibly high still. Never softened, but that fruit is still phenomenal.

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing moderately filtered straw gold with no head. The nose shows pronounced tart notes of clean juicy apricot. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Juicy apricot forwardness with a strong tartness and acidity. Like a fruit roll up.

Turbid pale amber golden color. Very perfumy, semi-sweet, nose of soft peaches, peach soap a touch of oak. Light medium body with soft carbonation, firm tartness with excellent soft peach character, nice oakieness, semi sweet malt backbone balances things so well. Excellent

No head, but very big bubbled, faintly greenish pale yellow beer. Lemony & peach/apricot aromas, dried herbs. Sour ale, with little fruitiness, as to the apricots?? Citric acid. Apricot finally appearing in the finish. Dry, dry-out effect, lipsmacking sourness. Not a patch on the Fou Foune (tasted alongside), maybe next time use a full barrel... of apricots.

Bottle share, thanks to Toby. Pours a hazy orange with a modest white head. Heavy apricot nose with a little funk. Taste is on-point with hefty apricot and peach flavors, plenty of funk. Nice and tart, moderate in acidity. Nice stuff.
