Huge, dense & fine just yellowish head over clear yellow-golden beer, lazily carbonated. Bit spicy, aromatic nose, faint diary, grassy, hazy. CO² very prominent, even in the nose. Rather bitter, dry. Some sweety maltiness arriving in the finish. Again a gassy feel, CO² imposing, gassy flavour as opposed to fizzy feel. Pale malts, spicy and yeasty features. Bitterness is fine, not crude. Almonds warming up. Medium bodied, quite slick. Good carbonation. Whatever this might be - labelbeer, commissioned - it’s nowhere bad.
