Hazy gold - amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Light palate, fairly dry and with a fine minerally crispness. Light dry malts, some thin creamy sweetness. Piney resinous orange and orange peel. Ripe tropical fruits. Touch of lemon. Citric pith. Light dry finish. Bitterish peel and pith linger. A tad dry but otherwise pretty satisfying DIPA.

Medium yellow head, stable, over finely carbonated light copper beer. Very (runny) cheesy hops, valerian, citruspeel. Bitter. Again quite cheesy, whilst the finish and aftertaste are more metallic, vegetable bitter. Citruspeel, dry(ied) hops. Medium bodied, hopoilslick, medium carbonation. Too lopsided to the cheese - which of the 3 hops responsible? Thanks, Jezza!
