Draught Thick yellow head, slowly receding over deep ruby-brown beer. Marvellous sourish-lambick-y nose and lots of wood. Some vanilla, faintly spicy and roasted, hint at chocolate. Perfect sourish-bitterish-sweetish balance. Soft carbonatiion helps to maintain this balance. Finish might just be a tad more lame. Slick, but a hint at lipsmacking acidity from the lambic. Long-lasting soft flavours. Medium bodied. A must when visiting Brugge.
