A light golden ale with amber malt giving a slight nutty undertone. Triple hopped with Cascade, Goldings and Eureka gives this ale a wonderful array of fruit and floral aromas – creating a bold balance of bitter sweet flavours with a perfumed nose and dry after taste.

Somewhat aged sample Towering dense & fine, slowly collapsing off-white head over clear orangey-golden beer. Difficult to perceive aromas with the huge head. Hoppy, herbal, chamomille. Slightly sharpish toasted flaovur over herbal, nettle-like hops. Slightly earthy flavour. Quite carbonated, light body but slick. Not half bad. Thanks to Stefaan!

On gravity at the Green Man, Bristol 26/09/10. Deep gold with a slight, white head. Earthy malt aroma with soem grassy hops and a touch of fruit. Flavour was yeasty, with some cereal malts, sweetish fruits and bitter finish. Fine.

Bottle, Carringtons, Didsbury. Pours a hazy golden colour with a thin head. Hoppy aroma and flavour. Dry, bitter finish. Not earth shattering, but solid enough.

Bottle, had this back in November 2006 picked up from picked up at Darts Farm, Topsham, Nr Exeter, Devon 12-11-06. This poured a hazy amber colour with hops on the nose. Taste came across as being a bit homebrewy which is fine it was also quite fruity, some sourness and hops again. Ok
