Tap tap house. Cloudy grey yellow, offwhite foam. Lime aroma, peach Melba. Sweet fruity base, fermented pears, apples, orange peel, banana - cleaner than many other pale wheatbocks. Mellow full body. Ultimately quite pleasant to drink.

Draught Good stable head over hazy UFO-laden yellow-ochre beer. Rosewater, grapey hops, bit of spice. Again USA hops determinating the Weizenbock. Still, some banana and pineapple. Light(er) bodied for a Weizenbock, bit drier aftertaste, quite slick. Strange;.. more a USA wheat ale to me.

Draft @ Urban Chestnut Midtown Brewery & Biergarten, St Louis, MO. Pours a hazy golden color with a longlasting white head. Has a wheat malty spicy banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty hoppy spicy banana finish.

Draft - Wheat, citrus and fruity esters. Cloudy orange with a good white head. Lots of sweet orange, wheat and a light pithy bitterness.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has has coriander and wheat with some earthiness backing. Flavor has light spice and some sweet wheat with earthiness towards the finish.

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is nice and ester yeasty with a big clove and orange peel. Flavor is definitely on the sweeter side with some wheat malt, a slight banana and clove thing with finishing notes of citrus and alcohol. Decent beer but the only knock is that the strong clove in the aroma did not carry over to the flavor.

Sample at Bridge Tap House & Wine Bar. Cloudy orange-gold color with a medium white head that recedes slowly to a film. Patches of lacing on the glass. Grainy malt, bananas and wheat in the nose. Medium-bodied with flavors of bready malt, cloves and bananas. The finish is malty up front with banana esters in the aftertaste. Decent overall.
