Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è normale. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono indizi di miele, biscotto, frutta secca, erbaceo ed agrumi.

Bottle from Beers’n’More, Zürich. Aroma is bready malt, caramel, sweet ripe fruits, soft hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Not bad, fairly simple malty sweet fruity and light hoppy beer. Decent.

Bottle at Il Fermento, Lugano. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, malt, flowery, something like popcorn. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, malt, meadow, apricot, some toasted tones. Medium bodied. Not bad.

hazy golden to orange colour, medium sized creamy white head; aroma of grainy, hay, floral, slight fuity and earthy notes; taste of bread crust and hoppy and metallic bitterness; correct one

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianco sporco fine evanescente, colore oro limpido, al naso cereali pane, in bocca malto cereali leggere note fruttate e nel finale ti rimane il sapore del mais, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, oily, dolce con amaro percettibile. Thick, just yellowish head over well-carbonated yellow-golden beer. Dull malts, other grains, weeds, green algae. Bit perfumey taste initially, again clearly other grains and even a bit earthy, roots. Indifferent bitterness and a slight acidity, no doubt mainly from the CO². Light body, huge slickness probably due to the maize. Hmmm...
